Stock Market Today, March 10 Highlights: Indian benchmark indices rebounded on Tuesday, with Sensex rising more than 600 points and Nifty closing above 24,250 as US President Donald Trump’s comments on Iran war, fall in oil prices, and other factors boosted market sentiment after incessant selloff.

30-share BSE Sensex closed 639.82 points or 0.82 per cent higher to settle at 78,205.98, while NSE Nifty50 gained 233.55 points or 0.97 per cent up to end at 24,261.60, respectively.

The benchmark indices have, however, erased some morning gains, after Sensex opened around 810 points higher and Nifty 50 rose above 24,280, adding more than Rs 4.71 lakh crore to the total market capitalisation of all companies listed on BSE.
